承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平(ping)米(mi)。
