承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產(chan)加(jia)工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
