承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每(mei)平(ping)米。
