承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
