承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精密(mi)度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每(mei)平米。
