承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
