承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
