承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
