承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車承(cheng)重梁(liang)與承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
