承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
