承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟(ruan)性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統(tong)+減速器+行程開關(guan)四合一(yi)一(yi)體化設(she)計方(fang)案,結構(gou)緊湊
3,小轎車搭建有安全性鉤,防失(shi)控。
