承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
