承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
