承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平(ping)米。
