承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數(shu)控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
