承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
