承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
