承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
