承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞接(jie)方(fang)式;防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,電動機(ji)+制動系(xi)統+減(jian)速器+行程開關四合一一體(ti)化設(she)計(ji)方案,結構(gou)緊湊
3,小轎(jiao)車搭(da)建有安全(quan)性鉤,防失控。
