橋式起重機主梁結構

1，主梁采用歐式(shi)箱型(xing)梁機(ji)構(gou)設計，自重輕，結構(gou)合理；

2，整板制作，無對接(jie)焊(han)縫，比拼接(jie)主(zhu)梁更堅固。

3，垂(chui)直撓度(du)為1/800，腹板拱度(du)由數控切割整板下(xia)料，精確度(du)高。

4，采用埋(mai)弧自動焊、無損探傷。焊后整體拋丸，消應力、除銹，達到Sa2.5級(ji)；

5，鋼板材料為Q235B；環氧富鋅漆，厚度120μm。

5噸橋式起重機端梁部分

1，大噸位起重(zhong)機端梁采用(yong)鉸接柔性設計，避免“三(san)條(tiao)腿”運行。

2，車輪(lun)采用(yong)(yong)鏜孔形式，使用(yong)(yong)數控鏜銑床(chuang)一次定(ding)位加工，確保尺寸精度和配合公差；

3，每個端梁配有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車輪(lun)、緩沖器、驅動保(bao)護和防出軌保(bao)護裝(zhuang)置，安(an)全有(you)保(bao)障(zhang)。

4，主梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)采用10.9級高強(qiang)度(du)螺(luo)栓連接，確(que)保整機結構(gou)強(qiang)度(du)和精度(du)。

橋式起重機小車總成

1，全歐(ou)式設計(ji)，有效(xiao)降(jiang)低(di)自重，增加提升空(kong)間(jian)。

2，減速(su)器采(cai)用起重機專用的(de)H系列硬齒面減速(su)器，承(cheng)載能力高，使用壽命長(chang)。

3，卷筒采用(yong)鋼板(ban)卷制(zhi)短(duan)接(jie)軸形式，并對焊縫進行無損探傷；
