橋式起重機主梁結構

1，主梁采用歐式(shi)箱型(xing)梁機(ji)構設計，自重輕，結構合理；

2，整板制作(zuo)，無對接(jie)焊縫(feng)，比拼接(jie)主梁更(geng)堅固。

3，垂(chui)直撓度為1/800，腹(fu)板拱度由數控切割整(zheng)板下料，精(jing)確度高。

4，采用埋(mai)弧自動焊、無(wu)損探傷(shang)。焊后整體拋丸，消應力、除銹，達到Sa2.5級；

5，鋼板材料為Q235B；環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆，厚度(du)120μm。

5噸橋式(shi)起(qi)重機端梁(liang)部分

1，大噸位起重機端(duan)梁采用鉸接柔性設(she)計(ji)，避免“三條腿”運行。

2，車(che)輪采用鏜(tang)孔形式，使(shi)用數控鏜(tang)銑床一次定(ding)位(wei)加(jia)工，確保尺寸精度和配合公差；

3，每個端梁配(pei)有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車輪、緩沖(chong)器、驅動保護和防出軌保護裝(zhuang)置，安(an)全有保障。

4，主梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采用10.9級高強度(du)螺栓連接，確(que)保整機結構(gou)強度(du)和(he)精度(du)。

橋式起重機小車總成

1，全歐式設計，有(you)效(xiao)降低自重，增加(jia)提升空間。
