承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
