承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。

1,雙梁小轎車承(cheng)重梁與承(cheng)重梁選用軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動機(ji)+制動系(xi)統+減速器+行程開關四合一一體化設計方案,結構緊(jin)湊
3,小轎車搭(da)建(jian)有安全(quan)性鉤,防失控。
