承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與(yu)承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
