承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
