承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準定(ding)位生(sheng)產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
