承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
