承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
