承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
