承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性(xing)設(she)計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
