承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性(xing)絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
