承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回(hui)精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
