承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)軟(ruan)性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
