承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)(hu)器,安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
