承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
