承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
