承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式;防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,電動機+制(zhi)動系(xi)統+減速器+行程開關四合一一體化(hua)設(she)計方(fang)案(an),結構緊湊
3,小轎車(che)搭建有安(an)全性鉤,防(fang)失(shi)控。
4,全部傳(chuan)動系統(tong)組織選用無連軸器的立(li)即I/O方式,傳(chuan)動系統(tong)高效率、裝配線高精度、免(mian)維護保養。
