承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全(quan)性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
