承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全(quan)性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
