承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
