承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
