承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),重量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
