承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
