承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設(she)計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小(xiao)轎車承(cheng)重梁與(yu)承(cheng)重梁選用軟性(xing)絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
