承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
