承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
