承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)(du)和(he)精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
