承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工(gong),保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
