承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
