承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
